01Who we are

This website is run by Almas Creative FZE, a Free Zone Establishment licensed by Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone (licence no. 4431995.01), Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“Almas Creative”, “we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

02What we collect

What you send us. When you submit a project brief we receive your name, email address, the type of project, timing and location, the story you share, your projected budget and, if you choose to add it, your WhatsApp number. If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you include in that message.

Basic technical information. Like every website, ours is delivered through a hosting provider that briefly processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so the site can load and be protected from abuse. We also count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

03How we use it

To read and reply to your inquiry, and to judge whether we are the right fit.
To prepare a proposal and, if we work together, to plan and deliver the project.
To keep the website secure and to understand which pages are useful.

We do not sell your information, we do not build advertising profiles, and we will not add you to a mailing list without asking first.

04Our legal basis

We process personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. We rely on the consent you give when you send us a brief or message, on the steps needed before entering into an agreement with you, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing this website.

05Who helps us

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the studio. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and provides visit statistics.
Notion stores the project briefs you submit.
Google Workspace handles our email, and an email alert is sent to us when a brief arrives.
Google Fonts delivers the typefaces on this site, so your browser connects to Google’s servers to load them.
YouTube, Instagram and WhatsApp receive information only if you choose to follow a link to them, under their own privacy policies.

Some of these providers store data outside the UAE, including in the United States and Europe. We use established providers that apply recognised safeguards to the data they handle.

06How long we keep it

If an inquiry does not lead to a project, we delete it within 24 months. If we work together, we keep project records for as long as we need them to deliver the work and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

07Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or withdraw a consent you have given. Email inquiries@almascreative.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the UAE Data Office.

08Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and our visit statistics work without cookies. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from automated abuse.

09Children

This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
